Employees at UTMB were riding a roller-coaster of emotions on Tuesday.
Sadness. Anger. Frustration. Fear.
Many were being told that they would lose their jobs, others were waiting for word on their future.
Hurricane Ike caused $710 Million worth of damage to UTMB facilities, and the board of regents decided to lay off 3,800 employees.
