Gene Locke Endorsed By HAR

When it comes to endorsements, Houston mayoral candidate Gene Locke is on a roll, but as 2 on The Beat has pointed out many times before, it’s the vote on election day that counts more than endorsements.

On Tuesday the Houston Association of Realtors announced it is endorsing Locke for the top job at city hall  over his opponents Annise Parker, Peter Brown and Roy Morales.

In announcing its  support for Locke, HAR  officials stated, “Gene had the best vision for where the City of Houston is headed and fully recognized the importance that real estate and home ownership play in the overall economic health of the City.”
