“Rock The Bells” – A Holiday Party With A Purpose

“Tis the season for holiday cheer and charitable giving.

On Saturday, December 11, a group of  civic-minded professional men combined their passion for a good party with  their purpose  of  giving back to the community.

The “Rock The Bells”  holiday party benefitting Texas Children’s Hospital was held at the Houston Museum of  African-American Culture. 

Invited guests  were asked to bring a toy to donate to families with children who are struggling this holiday. 

The huge Christmas tree in the museum lobby was surrounded by boxes and gift bags overflowing with Christmas cheer.

The party was hosted by the “Committee on Social Excellence.”

The hosts included Dallas Jones, David Anderson, Kareem Dale, James Donatto, John Guess IV, Ed Hamb, Jermaine Patterson, Hamilton Rucker, Alvin Sumler and Ade Adelusi-Adeluyi.

Party guests included: Felix Chevalier, Lalou Davis, State Representative-elect Ron Reynolds and  Brandon Dudley.
